Order granting defendant's motion to place the action on the Military Suspense Calendar, under the Special Rule of the Appellate Division, Second Department, adopted May 26, 1941, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
