Petitioners' Motion for Protective Order and respondent's Motion to Compel the Taking of Deposition and Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories are currently set for hearing at the Court's August 30, 2023, Washington, D.C. remote special hearing session. On July 26, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, accompanied by a Declaration of Melody K. Soto in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Petitioners object to the granting of this Motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 28, 2023, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed July 26, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed July 26, 2023, is set for hearing at the Court's August 30, 2023, Washington, D.C. special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. (Eastern Time).

Judge Cary Douglas Pugh will preside at the above-referenced hearing in lieu of Special Trial Judge Landy who was previously assigned to the special session by the Chief Judge.
