An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 30, 2018, pursuant to which a certain money judgment was vacated on December 14, 2018, and the appeal having been perfected for April 2019 Term, And the appeal having been adjourned to the May 2019 Term by order of a Justice of this Court, dated February 27, 2019, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an order restoring the appeal to the April 2019 Term, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied.
