In an action by a vendee for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendant appeals from an order denying her motion to vacate and set aside the judgment, entered after default at the trial, directing her to perform. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Adel, Acting P.J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
