ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated September 30, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 5, 2016, the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
