In an action to recover damages for slander, plaintiff Sol R. Kaplan appeals from order granting defendants' motion to strike out the amended complaint, and denying his cross motion for leave to serve an amended complaint. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
