HIGHWAYS AND STREETS, § 541defective sidewalk, sufficiency of evidence. In action against city to recover for injuries sustained by reason of falling upon defective sidewalk, verdict for plaintiff was amply supported by evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Kane county; the Hon. CHARLES D. PAGE, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1942.
