Appeal, No. 115, Jan. T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, May T., 1967, No. 1, in case of Alice W. Kanenson v. Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before GRIFO, J.

Adjudication and decree nisi filed declaring insurance policy null and void and directing defendant to return all premiums to plaintiff; exceptions thereto by plaintiff dismissed and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed.

Milton B. Riskin, with him McFadden, Riskin and Huston, for appellant.

John F. Oldt, with him Fox, Oldt Hambrook, for appellee.


Decree affirmed; costs on appellant.

The former Mr. Chief Justice BELL and the former Mr. Justice BARBIERI took no part in the decision of this case.
