An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 09, 2023,

And petitioner-appellant, pro se, having moved for a "preliminary injunction" (1) declaring valid her petition designating her a candidate in the Democratic primary election for the New York City Council, 39th District, (2) directing respondent-respondent Board of Elections in the City of New York to place her name on the ballot; and (3) postponing the primary election, and for civil poor person relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
