On January 17, 2024, the parties in this case filed a proposed stipulated decision. That decision, however, does not address the I.R.C. section 6662 penalty asserted in the Notice of Deficiency attached to the petition and upon which this case is based. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision, filed January 17, 2024, is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's January 22, 2024, Washington, D.C. trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before February 20, 2024, file with the Court a corrected proposed stipulated decision, or in lieu thereof, a joint report or separate reports as to the then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
