The joint request of appellant Kandy Kiss of California, Inc., and defendant Tex–Ellent, Inc., filed on March 20, 2014, and May 20, 2014, respectively, that review be dismissed because the parties have reached a settlement, is granted. (See Rule 8.528, subd. (b)(1), Cal. Rules of Court.) Appellant's Motion for Judicial Notice of Federal Court Opinions, filed June 26, 2013, is denied as moot.
