DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 14, 2012, pending hearing and determination of appeals from that order as well as appeals from three orders of same court dated August 15, 2012, June 27, 2012, and June 26, 2012, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
