PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 22, 2017, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Scott Otis, Esq., filed March 21, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Stephanie N. Davis, Esq., dated March 28, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 4, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
