ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge.

This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 23, 2023 trial session for New York City, New York. On February 21, 2023, the Court received returned mail of the Court's Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order, each issued on January 10, 2023, to petitioner's address of record in this case. The Notice and Standing Pretrial Order were returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelope in which it was mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward".

In response to the Court's Order, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 13), in which respondent identified a potential alternative address for petitioner.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner at the alternative address in respondent's Status Report, a copy of this Order, and the Standing Pretrial Order and Notice of Trial for the Court's April 23, 2023 trial session for New York City, New York.
