ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 23, 2023 trial session for New York City, New York. On February 21, 2023, the Court received returned mail of the Court's Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order, each issued on January 10, 2023, to petitioner's address of record in this case.

The Notice and Standing Pretrial Order were returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelope in which it was mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward".

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 20, 2023, respondent shall file a response to this Order and provide to the Court therein the best contact information available, including the address(es), for petitioner.
