Before the Court is appellants' (1) December 19, 2017 opposed first motion to extend time to file appellants' brief and (2) December 22, 2017 second motion to extend time to file appellants' brief which was filed contemporaneously with appellants' brief. We GRANT appellants' December 22, 2017 motion and ORDER appellants' brief filed as of the date of this order. We DENY appellants' December 19, 2017 motion as moot.
