This case is currently set for trial at the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session. Respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing on March 9, 2022, and a First Supplement to Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing on March 10, 2022, advising that petitioners object. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing filed March 9, 2022, as supplemented, is granted in that this case is scheduled for hearing at a Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court that will be conducted remotely starting at 1:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a notice of remote proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than April 8, 2022, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third party has complied with the subpoena and a hearing is no longer necessary.
