SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by the presentment agency from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 24, 2011. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time of the respondent to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until April 9, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
