This case was called at the Court's Trial Session commencing on May 23, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

Counsel for respondent presented the Court with a courtesy copy of Respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial and stated that co-counsel had attempted to electronically file the Motion on the Friday prior but the motion had not yet appeared in DAWSON. The Court stated that upon DAWSON processing, the Court would rule on the motion. As of June 13, 2022, the motion has never appeared in DAWSON's electronic record of the case.

Therefore, the Court will submit an electronic copy of the courtesy copy of Respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, received on May 23, 2022.

After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of this proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that Respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, received in-person at the Court's May 23, 2022 trial session, shall be filed as of May 23, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that Respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed May 23, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that on or before July 25, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision, or joint or separate status reports informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
