ESTATE OF PEARL B. KALIKOW, DECEASED, EDWARD M. KALIKOW, AND LAURIE K. PLATT, LIMITED ADMINISTRATORS, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order issued September 30, 2011, the Court closed the above-docketed matter on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 14436-10. However, on May 23, 2024, an attorney for the Department of Justice filed an Entry of Appearance for respondent.

Because the case is long-since closed, it is

ORDERED that the above-described Entry of Appearance is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall remove Julie Ciamporcero Avetta as counsel of record in this case.
