Feb 14, 2006
919 So. 2d 607 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2006)

Opinion

No. 3D05-1478.

January 18, 2006. Rehearing Denied February 14, 2006.

An Appeal from a Non-Final Order from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Celeste Hardee Muir, Judge.

Greenberg Traurig and Arthur J. England, Miami, and Edward G. Guedes, for appellant.

Ainslee R. Ferdie, Miami, for appellee.

Before SUAREZ and CORTIÑAS, JJ., and SCHWARTZ, Senior Judge.

Because the trial court had neither jurisdictional nor substantive grounds to make the four post-final judgment rulings under review, they are summarily vacated. The cause is remanded with directions to dismiss appellee's proceeding with prejudice and finality.

Vacated, remanded.
