ORDER

On March 9, 2023, the petition to commence this case was electronically filed using petitioner Christine Kalamaro's username and password, and thus the petition is treated as having been properly executed by Christine Kalamaros. The petition also bears the actual signature of petitioner Alexander E. Kalamaros. Moreover, the Petition was also executed by John Q. Rodgers, who is a practitioner, admitted to practice before the Court. Because Christine Kalamaro's Dawson login credentials was used to file the petition, John Q. Rodgers is not recognized as entering an appearance on behalf of petitioners. If petitioners' counsel wishes to be recognized as counsel of record in this case, it will be necessary at this juncture to electronically file an entry of appearance on behalf of petitioners.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that no later than, April 5, 2023, John Q. Rodgers, shall file an entry of appearance, if he wishes to enter his appearance in this case as counsel for petitioners. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this order on John Q. Rodgers at the address listed for himself in the petition.
