ORDER

On March 15, 2021, a petition was filed, at docket No. 9259-21, challenging the notice of deficiency dated December 7, 2020, issued to petitioner for tax year 2017. On April 19, 2021, a second petition was filed, at docket No. 14331-21, challenging the same deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2017.

On October 28, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Close on Ground of Duplication, at docket No. 14331-21, seeking to close that case as duplicative of the case at docket No. 9259-21. In his motion to close respondent states that petitioner does not object to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Close at docket No. 14331-21 filed October 28, 2021, is granted and the case at docket No. 14331-21 is closed as duplicative of the case at docket No. 9259-21.
