DIVORCE, § 201alimony, modification. Lower court properly modified divorce decree to increase alimony, where it appeared that wife was unable to live on sum granted by decree, that she was unable to do practical nursing whereby she had formerly earned some money, husband's salary had increased since granting of decree, and contract between the parties as to alimony became merged in decree and could be modified by the court where circumstances warranted it.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. CORNELIUS J. HARRINGTON, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at February term, 1941.
