Order unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to appellant, and the motion to consolidate the Municipal Court action and the Supreme Court action, arising out of the same accident, granted. No opinion. Settle order on notice including the consent of the plaintiff-appellant to waive a trial by jury.
