This is a companion case to that of Bloom v. State of Florida, Fla.App., 283 So.2d 134, in which an opinion was filed. The judgment appealed herein is reversed on the authority of our decision in Bloom, supra.

Accordingly, the judgments are reversed, the sentences vacated and set aside, and the cause remanded for a new trial.

Reversed and remanded.
