Appeals by the plaintiff from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 13, 2012, and a judgment of the same Court entered September 4, 2012.

ORDERED that the appeal from the decision pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-10200, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J. A. Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD2d 509).
