Appeal by defendant from an order granting plaintiff's motion for an examination before trial. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Lewis, P.J., Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur; Wenzel, J., dissents and votes to reverse the order and to deny the motion.
