This case is calendared for trial at the Court's June 12, 2023, Anchorage, Alaska, trial session. On June 6, 2023, the parties filed a joint Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint Motion for Continue is granted, and the above case is stricken for trial from the June 12, 2023, Anchorage, Alaska Trial Session of the Court and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before August 7, 2023, (1) the parties shall file with the Court a joint status report (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) as to the then present status of this case and (2) that any Motion to Change Place of Trial in this case that petitioner intends to file with the Court, shall be filed on or before that date (i.e., by August 7, 2023).
