ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO MOTION TO HAVE ACCESS TO PETITIONER


This matter is before the Court on motion of the Respondent for an Order extending the time for the Respondent to file a response in this matter.

The Respondent has requested until Thursday November 18, 2004, to serve and file its response to Petitioner's motion requesting immediate access for counsel. It appears that counsel for Petitioner consent to this request.

THEREFORE, this Court finds that the Respondent's request is made for good cause shown and not for purposes of undue delay.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that the time for the Respondent to serve the response in this matter is extended until Thursday November 18, 2004.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
