Order affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the plaintiff, respondents, with leave to the defendant Ira A. Schiller to amend the first, second and sixth defenses within ten days from service of order upon payment of said costs and ten dollars costs awarded at Special Term. No opinion.
