ORDER

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 21, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction upon the ground that no notice sufficient to confer jurisdiction on this Court has been sent to petitioner with respect to taxable year 2016, nor has respondent made any other determination with respect to petitioner's taxable year 2016 that would confer jurisdiction on this Court.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 15, 2021, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court.
