ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

On January 30, 2023, the parties filed a joint report informing the Court that they are continuing to engage in informal and formal discovery and that respondent is still in the process of hiring multiple expert witnesses to assist with this case. The report also states that the parties spoke and petitioners' counsel informed respondent that he may be submitting a settlement offer. The parties will work together in an attempt to resolve this case or to further prepare this case for trial.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 31, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
