ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at a two-week special session of the Court beginning on February 20, 2024, through March 1, 2024, in Tampa, Florida. However, the undersigned now has a conflict beginning on February 26, 2024. On January 8, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Leave to file a Motion for Entry into the Courtroom on Friday February 16, 2024. By order served on January 11, 2024, the Court granted the parties' Joint Motion for Leave and the Clerk has filed the parties Joint Motion for Entry into the Courtroom on Friday February 16, 2024.
Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the second week of trial in this case scheduled to begin the week of February 26, 2024, is stricken for trial from the Court's February 20, 2024, Tampa, Florida, special trial session and is continued. It is further
ORDERED that the second week of trial, if necessary, is now scheduled to begin on Monday, March 4, 2024, at 8:30a.m. (EST) in Room 1201, Timberlake Federal Annex, 501 East Polk Street, Tampa, FL 33602. It is further
ORDERED that the trial subpoenas issued by the parties will remain in effect throughout the trial, including the second week of trial beginning March 4, 2024.
The Courts expects trial counsel to work together to minimize the fact witnesses inconvenience and time by scheduling an approximate date and times for their appearance and testimony at trial. It is further
ORDERED that a video status conference (on Microsoft Teams) with the Court and the parties herein is set for January 25, 2024, at 10:00a.m. (EST). The Court will separately furnish counsel for the parties' dial-in information for the video status conference, and if counsel for the parties is unavailable at this scheduled time, counsel is to notify my Chambers by calling (202) 521-0649 as soon as possible. ORDERED that all other aspects of the Court's May 31, 2023, Order remains in full force and effect.
