ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at a special trial session of the Court commencing on February 20, 2024, in Tampa Florida. On December 27, 2023, respondent filed a Motion in Limine, requesting that the Court limit consideration of the expert report of Gordon C. Thompson as to tax years 2012 and 2013 only, and to exclude evidence regarding tax years 2014 through 2017.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 19, 2024, petitioners are to file a response to respondent's Motion in Limine.
