Misty Kacho, Appellant v. Old Elm Corporation, Appellee

On Appeal from County Court at Law No. 1 Tarrant County, Texas Trial Court No. 2024-000452-1

Before Sudderth, C.J.; Kerr and Birdwell, JJ.

MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT

PER CURIAM

Appellant has not paid the filing fee required by the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. Tex.R.App.P. 5; see Tex. R. App. P. 12.1(b). On February 29, 2024, and April 2, 2024, we warned Appellant that we would dismiss her appeal unless she paid the filing fee. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c), 44.3. It is now June, and she has still failed to pay.

Because Appellant has not paid the filing fee, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c), 43.2(f).

Appellant must pay all costs of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.4.
