ORDER

The petition in this case was filed on May 18, 2021. Petitioner seeks review of the notice of deficiency dated February 16, 2021, issued to her for tax year 2018. On September 23, 2021, respondent filed his Answer to the petition. On November 30, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a complete copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case is apparently based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 28, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case is apparently based.
