This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court to commence at Dallas, Texas on December 5, 2022.

On August 15, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 7) which was not properly executed by respondent's counsel. The Court is therefore unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision. On August 17, 2022, the parties submitted a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 8) which the Court intends to enter in due course.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 7), filed August 15, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
