Appellee Texas Department of Family and Protective Service's brief was originally due July 1, 2024. The Department's counsel has filed a motion requesting that the Court extend the time for filing its brief. We grant the motion for extension of time and order the Department to file a brief no later than July 8, 2024. No further extension of time will be granted and failure to comply with this order will result in the case being submitted to this Court on the appellant's brief alone.
It is ordered on July 3, 2024.
