The Court, having reviewed the stipulation and joint motion to dismiss of All parties, K2 Construction and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (collectively "K2/St.Paul"), Terrance Jackson dba Jackson Excavating (hereafter "Jackson"), Colorado Casualty Insurance Company ("Colorado Casualty"), Don Adams Construction Company ("Don Adams"), and Okerlund-Leavitt Insurance Agency ("Okerlund-Leavitt"), and good cause appearing therefore, it is hereby

ORDERED that all claims against and between any and all parties in this case be dismissed, with prejudice, each side to bear its own costs.
