In the INTEREST OF: C.L., Juvenile; Juvenile Officer, Respondent; Department of Social Services, Children's Division, Respondent, v. D.D., Appellant.

Amanda Mollett, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Respondents. Keith D. Halcomb, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Amanda Mollett, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Respondents.

Keith D. Halcomb, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Before Division Three: Karen King Mitchell, Presiding Judge, Cynthia L. Martin, Judge, and Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam: D.D. appeals the judgment of the Cole County Circuit Court terminating her parental rights. In one point on appeal, she claims the trial court failed to consider the law regarding disability discrimination when it did not consider whether the accommodation requested by D.D. was reasonable and would have improved her chances to retain her daughter. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
