Appeal from McCurtain County Court; T.J. Barnes, Judge.

J.W. Justus was convicted of a violation of the prohibition law, and appeals. Affirmed.

Under all the circumstances disclosed by the record in this case we think the judgment of the trial court should be affirmed. It is so ordered.
