ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 18, 2021, for cases in which Dallas, Texas, is the place of trial.

On September 9, 2021, respondent filed a status report indicating therein that petitioner passed away on January 8, 2021, and that he was survived by parents and siblings. Respondent further indicated that, once petitioner's survivors are contacted, respondent will file an appropriate motion and status report with the Court.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 18, 2021, Dallas,  Texas, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report indicating the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
