MEMORANDUM OF DECISION


After examining the judgment of the parties, this court finds that the alimony payment shall continue even though the plaintiff has remarried. Alimony is not automatically terminated at remarriage. Gray v. Gray, 14 C.L.T. No. 3, p. 25.
