This case was tried on September 11, 2023, at the Court's Spokane, Washington trial session. Simultaneous Opening Briefs were due November 28, 2023, and Simultaneous Answering Briefs were due January 12, 2024.

Respondent and petitioner, Brett Jurries, filed Simultaneous Opening Briefs on November 28, 2023. Petitioner, Sharise Jurries, did not file an opening brief. On January 12, 2024, Mr. Juries filed an Answering Brief. To date we have not received Answering Briefs from respondent and Ms. Jurries. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the time in which the parties have to file Answering Briefs is extended to January 26, 2024.

The parties are advised that we will not consider briefs filed after that date without good cause shown for the delay in filing.
