This case was set for trial at the Court's January 17, 2023, Spokane, Washington trial session. On December 27, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report advising that the parties have reached a basis of settlement. By Order dated December 29, 2022, this case was stricken from the trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, respondent filed a Status Report on February 17, 2023. Respondent's report advises that there has been a change in petitioner husband's position. To date, we have not received a Status Report from petitioners. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the time in which petitioners have to file a status report is extended to March 10, 2023. Petitioners' report should address the statements in respondent's Status Report, filed February 17, 2023, and address what progress has been made toward resolution or trial.
