ORDER
PER CURIAM
Before this court is an emergency motion filed by appellant requesting that this court stay enforcement of an order signed June 18, 2024 by the trial court granting a receiver possession of disputed property. Appellee filed her response on June 25, 2024.
After considering both the motion and the response, the court concludes that the motion should be granted. Accordingly, the court GRANTS appellant's emergency motion to stay enforcement of the trial court's June 18, 2024 order. Enforcement of that order is hereby stayed pending further order of this court. In association with this, the court lifts the temporary stay it issued on June 20, 2024.
