ORDER Trial court case number: 2013-76492 Trial court: 234th District Court of Harris County

On October 23, 2015, appellant, John Freeman Junior, filed an Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts certificate and an affidavit of inability to pay costs in the trial court in the above-referenced matter. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(a)(1). On April 20, 2016, appellant recertified his IOLTA certificate and refiled his affidavit of indigence in this Court. "A party's affidavit of inability accompanied by the certificate may not be contested." TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(a)(1). Appellant is entitled to proceed without advance payment of costs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(a)(2).

The Clerk of this Court is ORDERED to make an entry in this Court's records that appellant is indigent and is allowed to proceed on appeal without advance payment of costs. Judge's signature: /s/ Chief Justice Sherry Radack
