WRIT DENIED. The trial court's ruling granting the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant. United States Tennis Association, Inc., resulting in the dismissal of plaintiff's suit against that defendant will be an appealable judgment once a judgment is signed. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 1915(A)(1) and (3); Motorola, Inc. v. Associated Indemnity Corp., 2002-0716 (La. App. 1st Cir. 4/30/03), 867 So.2d 715, 717-18. Once a judgment containing proper decretal language is signed, an appeal of this judgment can be taken by filing a motion for appeal, along with an order for the judge's signature showing the return date of the appeal, within the time delays provided by La. Code Civ. P. art. 2087.
