June v. Coren

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Mar 7, 2001
779 So. 2d 627 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2001)

Opinion

No. 3D00-2150.

Opinion filed March 7, 2001.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Alan Postman, Judge. Lower Tribunal No. 99-10449.

Alfreda June, in proper person. Luis E. Ordonez Associates and Frances F. Guasch, for appellee.

Before Jorgenson, Cope and Ramirez, JJ.

Alfreda June appeals after the trial court directed a verdict in favor of the defendant, appellee Leslie Allison Coren, in a personal injury action. We have carefully considered the appellant's brief, but find that it demonstrates no error on the part of the trial court. Accordingly the judgment is affirmed under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.315(a).
